Mein Kampf
Caught this show on Hitler last night before I slept on National Geographic. Was about ‘42 ways to kill Hitler’. Really amazing how 42 different known attempts to kill him was either foiled or by fate or coincidence that he somehow managed to escape death. The show led me to think that maybe it was meant to be that he was to be imprinted in our history books for a long time to come. When he somehow managed to escape both death and fatal injuries from a bomb blast by one of his trusted elites, he told the medical staff who was attending to him, ‘I’m immortal’. That could have been true cos despite the 42 known plans to assassinate him, he managed to survive through it all and he ended his life himself. He rather take his own life than be put through trials by his enemies.
Just came home from a midnight movie, State of Play. Nice movie to catch if you want a good plot. Not the kind with all the elaborate advertisements but certainly worth the money if you’re in for lots of talk and thought. Great day spent with Boo! (:
